The Academic Assembly is the Αcademy’s supreme academic body and is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the institution’s academic development.
Its responsibilities and functions include the election of the Dean and the Deputy Dean, the appointment of the Electoral Bodies and the submission of recommendations to the Educational Council regarding matters such as curricula, academic collaborations and quality assurance in education.
The Academic Assembly of the Hellenic Navy NCO Academy, in its interim composition, consists of the following members:

- Professor Theodoros Zannis (Faculty Member, Hellenic Naval Academy)
