In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 120 of Law 5265/2026 (Government Gazette Issue A’ 3), in conjunction with Article 215 of Law 4957/2022 (Government Gazette Issue A’ 141), the Quality Assurance Committee of the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) has been constituted at the Hellenic Navy NCO Academy.
The mission of the QAU is the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Academy’s Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS). The operation of the QAU is fully aligned with the principles, guidelines, and standards established by the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE).
The Αcademy remains firmly committed to ensuring the quality and the continuous enhancement of its educational, administrative, and broader institutional functions. Its strategic objective is the provision of high-quality military and academic education, as well as the improvement of services provided to the Academy staff and the cadets.
Within this framework, the QAU functions as the central coordinating body for:
- the organization and monitoring of the Academy’s internal evaluation procedures.
- the support of accreditation processes for the Academy’s curricula.
- the continuous supervision of the Academy’s compliance with national and international quality standards in higher military education.
